Following research undertakings, often summary statistical analysis is performed to develop insights. However, the predictive power of the research is often left untapped. BCS will assess the potential outputs for a predictive model using the previously-collected data to build a Bayesian network that leverages the predictive power of the data available. The results are always contextualized to capture the “so what?” and the “now what?” in order to provide tactical recommendations for action.
